Premium £250 Full coverage, suitable for well presented and larger properties
Available for all properties up to a maximum value of £2m
A minimum of 36 high quality photographs, providing plenty of choice for all marketing materials.
Includes up to 3 hours on-location for the shoot,
extensive coverage of both the grounds and the principle rooms with additional coverage of secondary rooms,
'detail' shots to highlight features as well as variations in aspect ratios.
preparation and delivery of finished photographs on CD with contact sheets
Provision of on-line proofing gallery
Standard £150 18 photographs [6 external / 12 internal ], covering the 'principle' rooms only.
Available for all properties up to a maximum value of £1m
Up to 1.5hrs on location,

Budget £95 6 photographs [1 external / 5 internal ], offering limited coverage of the 'principle' rooms only.
Only available for properties below a value of £400k

Day Rates

Elevated photography*
First viewpoint £125 Photographs taken at different heights up to 10m [33'] from a single mast position
Extra viewpoints £40 For photographs from each additional position

*30% discount for elevated photography when combined with a photography package

Floorplans
From 5p/sq ft 7p/sq ft or 5p/sq ft when combined with a photography package [minimum area 1500sq ft]
Measured and produced in accordance with the RICS code of practice

Extras
Additional photographic work including on-location and post-processing is charged at £45/hr
Packges include an allowance for up to one hour total travel time.
Additional travelling time charged at £35/hr
